Spacious apartment, great breakfast selection, friendly staff, comfortable beds, convenient location.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We were a family of 5 and we stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom appartment. It is in a nice location and we enjoyed our stay. I think if we go back to Jakarta we will probaly stay there again.

The reception was friendly but not very efficient. The breakfast needs some improvement. It does not cater for international guest. The variety was very limited.

Excellent breakfast and friendly personnel. 1000 feet from the hotel you'll find Mbah Jingkrak, you'll definitely enjoy your meal...

Convenient location near restaurants and cafes. We loved being close to all the good food, and everything was just perfect. It was a great experience all round. If you're interested in visiting Taman Suropati, it's only a 10-minute walk from here! 😊

Not well known by most of the taxi drivers, room facilities needed improvement

When I checked Booked.net there was a sign new for this Hotel,I thought it is a new hotel,but it is an old hotel with poor service. rooms are not clean. Taxi drivers don't know this hotel.may be is ok for someone he is looking for 2 star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, perfect for our family. The kids were especially thrilled with the swimming pool. The ambience and setting of the restaurant, Pastis, were cozy and scenic. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel truly pampered. We were also impressed with the variety of amenities and services available, such as car hire, room service, and laundry facilities.

Some dishes in the restaurant were already sold out in the evening, and we couldn't make a special request for them. However, this minor setback didn't diminish our overall wonderful experience at this hotel.

The location and price of the hotel is very good.

The room is very smelly and dirty. Sofa in the room is in a bad condition and need to be change. Curtain's so dirty. Water pressure in the bathroom very slow. Air condition in one of the room is not cold enough. The room rate are inclusive of breakfast but we unable to have it because the Restaurant served pork and we are Muslim travellers. Taxi that we arranged with the hotel to sent us to airport did not come at all. Manage to get transport from the hotel but communication breakdown between hotel staff and the driver. Our friend stayed at the hotel at the same time but they get a very good condition of room.(same type of room). Will come back to the hotel if we get our friend's room.

The Aston at Kuningan Suites is a smaller type hotel for Jakarta so the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and spacious, including a small kitchen for making small meals. There is a small convenience store across the street, so easy to pick up goods for preparing simple meals in the room. The buffet breakfast is good with both Western and Asian selections. The location is on a quiet back street, which is a pleasant aspect for bustling Jakarta.

The room we had was in a corner, so there were not many windows and no view.

Great location, close to big malls and shopping places, and easy to get transportation. Clean facilities and comfortable rooms. Cordial staff and good breakfast.

No issues.

I was in 705 a suite with one bed room, however this hotel offers great price for a suite with a living room, a pantry with the utensils, a dining table, and also a comfortable bed. It was also far from noise, you almost hear nothing from the crowd. Also the front desk staff while checking out was friendly.

I didn't like the bathroom, the shower was broken, the shower curtain couldn't stop the running water so it wet the floor and the mat, the lighting in the bathroom often went off. I've called the handyman to fix them but fixed unproperly. The breakfast was beyond average, the staff at the restaurant were unfriendly and unhelpful.

The rooms were very chic..plenty of area

Most of the plugs were not working, there wasnt any kettle and hair dryer

The location is perfect for those who want to go shopping, as it is situated near a lot of major malls. Grab rides are also easy to come by. the suites are spacious and the staff is helpful, always ready to provide assistance at any time of day. the housekeeping staff cleans the rooms quickly and efficiently.

The air conditioning in the rooms can be a bit dodgy at times.

Its a nice place but need to have better management and service staf ,and especailly for house keeping room manager also swimming pool service manager.
